How to run Frappe Docker in custom local IP and port and available in my LAN

Hey i am new to Frappe, and i am following Single Bench method.
Did cp env-local .env step and changed 8005:80 in ports section under traefik.
I am able to access Frappe from my browser as mysite.localhost:8005 , But i have no idea is there any proper way to access this from other machines via my LAN
