How to see the all the entry of doctype

Hi ,how can i retrieve all the record in the doctype. i just set a user as system manager in its role but still cant see the other records it only show its own record/entry and also i just check all the permission but still same problem

If “Only If Creator” ticked in role permission manager for doctype then remove it and then reload, check it.

If any user permission applied for the company then remove it and check it.

hi sir NCP i just remove the the only if the creator and still the same it can only see its own entry

Remove as many “Only If Creator” from the doctype as possible. also check the roles in user.

Check all the roles assigned to the user and remove them from the doctype in which the role is assigned.
