how to send a print format with email as pdf attachment to a customer btw the print format orientation is landscape so i want the landscape as pdf and send by email

I am not sure if understand you correctly but are you looking for this: Menu > Email, then

Landscape should be defined in the print format and will affect the pdf directly.
