How to send the a list of different variables to the other page

DashBoard gets alerts having 3 hyperlinks pointing to the same DocType.

But 3 hyperlinks have 3 different variables

Example : Hyperlink 1 have AAA customer name
Hyperlink 2 have BBB customer name

When i click on Hyperlink either 1 or 2 respective customer name should assign

But now When i click on Hyperlink either 1 or 2 respective customer name is not assigning
