How to set a predefined value in a report

Here for Sales Analystics report i need to set “items” as default value for this marked field. How to do it.
I tried to Save it. But didnt work

Default report have’t functionality of save filter.

That for, you should create a custom server script report. and set the default item fiter for apply it like

			label: __("Tree Type"),
			fieldtype: "Select",
			options: ["Customer Group", "Customer", "Item Group", "Item", "Territory", "Order Type", "Project"],
			default: "Item",
			reqd: 1
