How to set pricing role for material manager and purchase manager?

hello,
i have created one workflow for purchase order. In that i have set some states like Draft, Approved by Purchase Manager, Approved by Material Manager, Reject, Approved.
So my query is: If Price Of Purchase Order Is greater than 100000 then it is approved by Purchase Manager And not the Material Manager.

So How can i do this?
