How to show any customized value while selecting that item

In the attached Image, I am trying to select an Item

Erpnext by default shows item name and item description in small letters

Now I want to show a customized field value there
How can I do this?

Please help

Go to the Customize Form, select the Item DocType, and add your custom field name in the Search Fields.
