How to show Purchase Taxes and Charges Table in Purchase Order?

I have create a Purchase order which has two items.

Both the items are from different GST slabs.

My understanding is that if there are multiple items in PO with different tax slabs this table will be visible showing the user GST breakup on per item basis.

But I am not able to show the Purchase Taxes and Charges Table in PO.

This is what I am getting.

How to do this?

Please remove or update it like Input Tax SGST/CGST the description from Purchase Taxes and Charges Template.

Then reload and re-enter the details and check it.

Thanks I have already done that after posting my query here.

About showing the tax breakup calculations under Purchase Taxes and Charges in PO.

Can you please guide me as to how to set this up?
