How to stop submit popup while change the status draft to approved in Expense Claim?

Doc Status 1 stands for Submit. As I see you gave Doc Status 1 for Approved State.
Removed Doc Status 1 if you don’t want to submit a document on Approved Status. Replace it with 0, so your document stays in Draft state. Add an extra field for submitting Document.
