How to update HR pwa app, for changes in UI

I want to add a button in quick link section in homepage, i added the required code

here is the code

the “Kiosk Mode” button should be updated, but it is not happening
I made same changes and used “bench build --app hrms”, it worked in production but locally it is not working

I forgot add route in routes in the index.js and after adding the route used bench build --app hrms and changes were reflected in the pwa app
