Currently, I have provided same number for both ID and Employee Number. Given the dynamic nature of employee number, I want an unique field to map to employee record, which would be ID. Now I want to provide IDs like E00001, E00002 and so on.
How can I update all employee IDs in bulk like Old ID, New ID?

How do my branch managers will know, what is the last Employee ID so that they can assign next ID to new employee? Note: Branch managers will only see their Branch employees.
