How to update the frappe apps

Hi everyone,
I am new to frappe cloud I have seen some updates are pending.

I just simply want to ask that only I have to do is select the apps i want to update and click to update.
anything else I have to do.

or it need a proper developer to do this?

Direct pull from the erpnext.

otherwise, if you want to update the all app then apply it.

bench update

But first take a backup, after applying the command.
