How to update to v12.16.1 on AWS

i am new to use erpnext and I want to update it on AWS
i used the code Bench update
and i get

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘/home/ubuntu/apps/frappe’: ‘/home/ubuntu/apps/frappe’
