How to Use Frappe insight's dashboard to standard workspace?

Insights installed on VPS with site , i can created dashboard in insights but did not understand to get the dashbord to standard workspace or custom workspace.

Thanks to help but my desk “custom block html” has scrolling bar how to remove that

already overflow is hidden attribute for insights iframe dashboard but parent scroll is there so how to find css file for that . thanks
