Is there a way to view activity of single user in any specific date?

Enter Activity on the top bar and see the activity of all users.
Alternatively you can also make a report based on Activity Table
I want to filter out activity of one user.
Can you please guide a little for this type of report.
In new report system asks following after name:
1 - Ref. Doc type (There is activity type and activity cost)
In which menu it will be shown in my menu after saving?

Please note that the table name where all the activity is stored is tabCommunication if you need help with code then this would be a good starting point.
