How we change the process flow in EXPNEXT

Hello,

I want to skip some of the workflow in pos process. I want erpnext to be implemented in a
grossery store, the steps needs to be simple

Example:
The Normal Flow of POS Sales
Sale Order → Sales Invoice → Payment → Delivery
So here the stock will update only when the delivery is made

I want to cut short this process flow to two steps:
Invoice → Payment
Stock updates once payment is done without delivery note.

Also please explain how we can skip or reinvent some of the process flow to make it simple in few steps

Make a new Sales Invoice using the POS View or Make the Options Is POS, Update Stock in Sales Invoice, and check the Payment Section in the Invoice.
