HR 101 - Creating an email alert for leaves

HR is responsible of tracking leaves. It does not matter it is a casual leave, outdoor duty or annual leave.

The leave approvers and HR should work in harmony to end every and each application.

However, it is not easy as it sounds. Some leaves are left in the system untouched. So we need to remind leave approver to complete the application. In addition, the employee should be notified if the process is approved/rejected or delayed.

Let’s create a reminder if a new application appears in the system

  1. Go to email alerts

  1. Create a new alert
