HR 101 - Warn employee to enter the time of the day

Dear All,

In order to clear confusion between employees and managers, I want to put a new heading only appear when half day is chosen. So I am looking for a solution (depends on etc) that when half day is chosen(ticked) another field will notify employees that they must state the time in reasons section.

Did you try setting “Depends On” via customize form?
