I have observed that whenever employee applies for half day leave in ERP and half day working, attendance is marked as HD but does not consider present for remaining half day. We cannot mark the employee present thru attendance request too. What is the solution for this? has anyone experienced this issue? Please advise.

So, the employee needs to tick the “Half Day” in leave application. Then check back in “monthly attendance sheet”, it should mark it as “HD”.
If this helps, then answer this question for me please, how do check if variable pay is getting computed while you assign variable pay in “salary structure assignment”.
