I have created a customized email notification for the birthday but I cant seem to figure out how can i use it.
also If you can check whether the condition will work or not that be a great help.
@Zeeshan_Baig send alert on days before , reference date is date_of_birth . and also there is a birthday reminder notification by default and you can enable it from hr settings.
