As per title above, we can only set 1 retirement age ‘globally’ but it is not applicable to a MNC company due to the fact that almost every country has a different retirement age.
Although we can still amend the retirement age at the Employee document but the workload can be very heavy.
In my opinion, instead of setting the retirement age in HR Settings, perhaps we can set the retirement age in company-level.
