You should avoid using Develop branches when possible. Some apps are so new that there isn’t a stable branch available.
Unless you are developing the app along with frappe, or testing version 16, you should use branch=version-15 or version-14 to match your ERPNext version.

i switched from develop branch to version 15 branch
is Correct approach or uninstall hrms and reinstall it again?
After switching branches and running bench migrate, if there are no errors you should be home free.
