We have an E-commerce Website in HTML and php, Database in Mysql,
What we need is When someone place an Order from Website and Invoice will get generated in ERPNext. ??

Generally speaking you will have to call the REST API to ERPNext and submit your requests to do what you want. I am not a developer but you might want to look at this as a starting place. Best
