HTML editor not saving image

In Stock → Item → Description, there is an option to attach an image. However, when I add an image and click Save, the image is not retained and gets removed automatically.

Has anyone encountered this issue or has any idea why the image is not being saved?

Steps:

  1. Add an image in the Description field.
  2. Click Save.
  3. The image disappears after saving.

In Stock Settings, disable the Convert Item Description to Clean HTML in Transactions checkbox.

Just curious - why dont you just upload an image for the item?

It’s in description part, we are using this Item for different use case
