Since your site is hosted on FC, and if it’s eligible for product warranty (on $50 plans and above), raise a ticket on Frappe Support.

I solved.

I was getting no response after pressing the New Employee button.

The problem was that I have selected to see the “Quick Entry” view, instead the full form view, in a Customization of the Employee DocType.
