When I try to enter new price for items under different price list getting below MSG
Message suggests that there is already a record created. Just check your Item Price List once. If this is still occurring, clear the cache and reload (Ctrl + Shift + R).
Actually I found where the error placed. It is under naming series. When we import item prices to the system it will not update.
So I went to naming series and change the counter from 500 to 1400 where my current item price number would be.
now problem solved.
I have experienced same error in lead importing also.
after I made the lead import , the lead number would be 14000 something. but when I try to enter lead using system form it says duplicate number.
I did not the thing and it was ok.
I would suggest to resolve this bug.
