Is it okay if I install education from develop branch??

I think Education has a version 15 branch, so you can go with that. However, if you want to explore new features or updates, you can install the develop branch. Just keep in mind, though, that it may not be fully compatible with version 15 of frappe erpnext (Not Sure). Sometimes issues can come up, so you may need to manage and troubleshoot them as they arise.
