Hello, We also have our system hosted with ERPnext, and we are in the same situation!!! We cannot reach our ERP, please help and inform what the situation is.
when i asked it was an update > but when they release an update they send email to us to be informed !!!
Sorry for the inconvenience. We lost our servers but the problem has been fixed. There will be a detailed report tomorrow
