I changes some label in JSON files, but I can’t see reflection in website html. What I have to see lable changes in website.

1) run a bench restart command and test again

If the first point didn’t work, try the second.

2) Try running your website in a private browser window

I’m working on localhost, and I have changed translation folder files? Is this right?

Okay I have seen reflection if I change in hi.json file, But If I want to change English label, how can I do this?
