then suddenly this happen
I restarted my pc then tested again but still there
after some time it worked alone

Did you find a solution, I am facing the same issue in frappe v13 production setup.
my site still go out of reach, I have to Swap my wifi connection to another network so i can access again!!
You must check that server and client can reach reach other.
Can you ping each others?
It may be networking / firewall issue.
More detail is needed.
