I couldn't ammend the document in asseta

Could not find Item Code:
The message above is the error message but that item code exists in the item list and the status is active.

We tested, and I canceled the asset and amended that asset so it worked properly.

This document is cancelled but when I amend there was an error even though the item is already exist in the item list

It’s working on our test website, but it’s not functioning in the production site.
