I create a notification, it trigger but email not send

i create a notification when new lead create then send this mail. when new lead create then email trigger but when see in Email Queue Then it state is not send. if i click on ‘Send Now’ Button then also there is no effect . not this show any error massage nor send email.

It will automatically send after 1 min. or when click on the send now then what is the status of email queue?

when i click on send now then it will remain same the status is Not send

It should not happen. which version? because we tested recently in v15 and v14 but it worked properly.

Also, check, scheduler is active or not

@Mack Please share the screenshots, so someone can help you if you did any mistakes while setting up.

i have version 15
it resolve when i click resume sending button .
but i did not click this button before suspend sending can it be automatic on suspend sending on update or something. it will be set by mystake

@Mack Email Queue Sending Function is run in rq job of 2 to 5 minutes ranges so sending email is taking little bit time and if send email now then use the now=true in your notification function
