As I suggested on another thread, Please drop your current site, delete it from Sites Directory then create a new site with same name and install the apps without logging into to the site.
If you log in to the site before installing the ERPNext, you won’t be able to install erpnext app on same site as it needs a fresh/clean site to get installed.
If this is a fresh site then better do bench reinstall and then install erpnext
i did this but when i finshed deleting the rows th same error i enccounter when i was installing the erpnext app or hrms
