I have add lead so when add lead send notification to my reports person
how this scenario work

If the ‘reports person’ is an email field, mention it in the Notification form. But if the ‘reports person’ field is not available in the Lead form, you will need to add a custom field for ‘reports person,’ fetch the name, and set it in the Notification form.
