Looks like the Selling field has been marked as mandatory in the item master but the column is either missing or marked empty.
Suggest you check that and then re-run the import.
I ran into similar issues when I first started importing, as well. It looks like you have the mandatory Selling column, but maybe check Map Columns to see if mapped appropriately.
