I need condition on leave type for paid leave only after 365days the leaves should applicable

Hi All,
In Leave type, Paid leave is 12leaves for 12 months per month each,but it should applicable after 365 days after employee joining date i need

but i tried Assignment based on “Joining date” then also it is not working i need employee joining date after 365 days paid leave should applicable 12leaves
