I need saved values from same doctype within the doctype

Hi Friends,
I renamed task doctype to “QSP” in that doctype i save the information on fields “Quarter”, “Year”, “Country”, “Region”, “Month” and “Week” when as main qsp

When i create within the same doctype another transaction i choose the “main qsp” link field it should show the already save information on fields “Quarter”, “Year”, “Country”, “Region”, “Month” and “Week”
