I created a doctype called “Attachment File.” I want this doctype to be visible only to a specific user.

Also, display only closed tasks for the related user

Create a new role, add single user to this role, add necessary permissions to the doctype for this role.

create WorkSpace put your doctype in it , create new role give it permission for that doctypy then linked this workspace with that role and enjoy
