I want to add a sub-menu under the CRM menu called “Add Customer,” which, when clicked, can quickly open the interface for adding a customer. What should I do to achieve this better?

You can create private or Public workspace depending upon you want it for yourself only or for everybody.
The workspace manager role can enable you to create or edit workspaces. The vedio may help you understand how you can do it by yourself.
