I want to add image in child table

hi all
now in patients i added a child table called it patient Facilities
i want to add information with pic for the patient Facilities
when i added a field with attach image it shows the images with it’s full size

So you were able to add the image? Could you elaborate on the problem? Is it that the image is shown full-size?

yes image is shown full-size

Yes, I can replicate the issue in the form. We’ll fix it to show a thumbnail-sized image instead.
