I want to calculate COST, Quantity wise instead of Per Hour basis in a workstation.

I Just want to make a work order in which cost should be calculate for example
cost = rate x quantity

You can always consume the consumables in Material Consumption for Manufacture.

whenever i try to make work order consumable cost is fixed with hour, i want to fixed it with quantity. how can I change the type of consumable cost.

You can consume the consumable quantity as part of material input as and when required in the work order.
