I am using the webshop feature in ERPNext, and on the Quotations page, I only see a ‘Print’ action button for single quotations. I want to provide a function for customers to duplicate past quotations. Is this possible? If so, could you please guide me on how to do it?
Not possible from the webshop page but possible with the desk side.

Top right corner, click to “Switch to Desk” and go to the quotation list. Pick anyone and make a duplicate quotation from the menu icon.
Yep he’s right. If it’s not showing up, check your user permissions.
