I don’t think there will be any issues, and you will have to manually move your custom doctypes. If you explain more about your case, then maybe I or someone from the community can help you.

I have 70 custom doctypes. So any other idea for bulk move.

Your use case sounds like it fits exactly to the method documented here:
Packages

But I’m not sure if it works, because I had problems using it on FC. The system complained about a missing README, although I entered the data for it and it should have been generated by the mechaniscs of “Package”.
But maybe it’s solved in the meantime, as I notified the team.

So I’d suggest: Try it with some test data, and if it works, it might be the solution. If not, please file another bug report, especially if it complains unexpectedly (e.g. if it behaves contrary to the documentation).

If it works, it seems to be (as per the documentation) a rather simple three-step process:

  1. You declare a custom module (you might already have it) and attach a Package name to it.
  2. You attach your custom doctypes, server scripts etc. to it (you might already have done this)
  3. You export the Package, which then you can download from your site. Have backups of the target site. Import the Package into the target site. Test.
