This will be very usefull and will expand the functionality for companies by duplicating a doctype and making it possible to have a replica from the same doctype but the administrator can change the fields, the labels and the appearance of the document for different users depending on their functions in work. and both documents will appear in the menu with their permissions.

I think if the developers can give the access for duplicating a doctype then that would be great but I think that there used to be a time when we had the access to doctypes as users but now to maintain the integrity of their code and also to manage the system properly the access to doctypes was removed in the hosted version.
I would love to see the back of such things and a probably a better method to manage the customised doctypes as well for the update, but I guess there are more pressing issues in the system than this at the moment.
I can only hope this is possible in the next release.

HF, Aditya has got it right. What used to happen is that users would make (big!) changes to DocTypes and when we made changes, they used to conflict. Also sometimes changing the DocTypes would cause errors in the code etc.
But you are right, there should be no reason not to allow now new doctypes ---- we will devise a way to separate them from non-standard DocTypes and so the users can manage on their own..
On third thoughts, if some one wants to really make a new DocType (and know some code), they can create their own "fork" on GitHub! Maybe some of those new DocTypes could find their way into the product ;)
Also what kind of changes are you looking at? If you have specific examples, maybe we could teach you how to put it in the product too

I need to make a replica of the stock entry screen for users so I can force some users to use only Maerial receipt , Material issue and Material Transfer but not to use other purposes with price hidden in the details section.
At the same time I need other users to see only the purpose Material receipt only and not to see any other types and can see the price in the details.
The first one also can have labels in arabic language while the other can have labels in english.
Please advice
