if user choose any one from channel partners user then this lead will visible for that user
how achieve this scenario

That for, you have to set the user permission or permission query.

@NCP from channel partner dropdown if i choose any one user then this lead assign to that user and this lead visible for this user
thats my scenario
means i want user wise lead assign
