Where is the code to change the calculation method of Incoming rate?
Is it in erpnext.stock.utils.get_incoming_rate ?

If taxes and charges is set for category “Valuation” or “Valuation and Total”, then only system considers that tax amount in item valuation rate calculation.
I need to ignore taxes on calculating incoming rate / valuation rate in Stock ledger. that is to say using price which excludes taxes instead of including.
Seems that I have to modify codes, and how?
As per my last reply, if you set the value for “Consider Tax or Charge for” as “Total”, system will not include those taxes into the valuation rate.
