Ignore User Permission not work

If i am login with administrator then i see all employee code in suggestion see in screenshort

but if i am login using employee then i can not see all employee code in suggestion see in screen short

i am also checked ignore_permission in form customization

Perhaps there is a restriction applied on the Employee. Please try checking Ignore User Permission for the employee code.
