If Frappe and ERPNext are on version 15, India Compliance should also be on version 15. If Frappe and ERPNext are in the development branch, India Compliance should also be in the development branch.
Please make sure to review your frappe and erpnext branches and install the India Compliance as per the frappe and erpnext branches.
