Import contacts cannot get multiple phone numbers

How can I get multiple phone numbers via bulk import? Old data is from version 6 and now I am using version 15.

I suggest a simple approach: firstly, input the record with multiple email IDs and multiple mobile numbers. Afterward, export it in CSV/Excel format and verify the layout. Then, use the same format during the import process.

Hi @NCP I tried that but the way version 6 stores this data is different than the way version 15 does. Version 15 assigns a unique ID to every email and phone number. When I export it to a csv, the data is placed in separate rows. Surprisingly this unique ID does not link it back to the contact. So these added phone numbers just remain there as orphan records.

Anyone has faced this issue and was able to manage it? Thanks
