Import straight from item csv to stock

Hi All,

I want to know if it is possible to import from CSV straight to stock.
All of my products have different attributes/variants so it is difficult to create so many items and then import to stock.
Please help!

Hi @gumball39434,

In version 7, you will get option to enter opening stock for default warehouse in the Item master.
Click here to check new item master form.

Thank you. Will I continuously be able to import CSV straight into stock, bypassing the item creation and stock entry after opening stock?

Every single item is different and I will have thousands of items.

I didn’t manage to try the beta version as I couldn’t see the form.

It is available in develop branch
Goto Data Import Tool > Select Doctype as Item > Enter data with opening stock(Default Warehouse)
